    I regret that you did not have a positive experience with one of the properties enrolled within the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Rental Partnership Program (RPP). Although we would like to address your concerns so that other Service Members do not have a simliar experience, we are unable to address the concerns you expressed with your Lakewood apartment because you did not fully identify the property. I encourage you to directly contact the JBLM Government Housing Services Office Branch Chief at 253.967.5165 or jblmpwrcdhso@conus.army.mil so that he can fully identify and review the property in question.
